Manzi has a good head on his shoulders for these financial issues. (I say that because he agrees with me, hah! — he was in favor of the original Henry Paulson TARP to save the banks, thought the House was terrifically irresponsible to vote it down the first time, and he’s against these other real-sector bailouts).
